These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions with Jana Enterprises and apply to every order placed with us, whether online, over the phone, or in writing. By engaging in business with Jana Enterprises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Orders & Payments
• 100% Advance Payment is required before any order is processed.
•Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
•Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.
•Ownership of goods remains with Jana Enterprises until full payment is cleared.
Pricing
•All prices are quoted in good faith but may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier price adjustments.
•Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the confirmed rate only if full payment is received within the agreed time frame.
Delivery & Receipt
- • Customers must record a complete unboxing video in one take, without cuts or edits, at the time of receiving the goods.•This video will serve as proof in case of any damage or shortage claim.•Without proper proof, complaints cannot be entertained.
No Return / No Exchange
• All sales are final. No return or exchange is allowed once goods are delivered.
•Please check stock details and confirm your order carefully before making payment.
